TELA has 8 full-time Russian
/ Ukrainian national staff members and 2 American missionaries.
The three provinces (Tambov, Voronezh and Lipetsk) have its own director
who meets regularly with his full-time and volunteer staff. Each director
leads the ministry locally, and is accountable to his local, or district
pastor.
Once a month, the entire TELA staff meets together at the main
office in Tambov. The Executive Committee also meets monthly to
discuss and make decisions on items which go beyond the local level
and involve TELA at large. This committee consists of Rick Kirschman,
Dima Polukhtin, Sergei Stepanov, David Andrusyak and Misha Lukin.
